Collin's first Carnival

After dinner tonight, we saw there was a little carnival going on..so we decided to stop by and check it out since it was a nice evening but just a bit windy. Collin couldn't go on any rides this time but he really liked checking out all the lights, games, and loud noises. He was so intrigued by everything, I couldn't get him to look at the camera all night.
