Daycare Fun!

Collin's daycare had a 4th of July celebration today. It was a lot of fun even though it was scorching hot outside! It was at least 100 degrees at 4pm in the afternoon. If you moved, you were sweating. It started out with the whole school singing a few patriotic songs.. yankee doodle, god bless america, proud to be an american, and the star spangled banner. All the kids were lined up and singing. After their "performance", we were free to do whatever. They had pony rides, a small petting zoo, face painting, caricatures, games and food. We really enjoyed it and glad the school spent all this time and effort for putting it together.

all the kiddos.
Collin and his performance. He was very well behaved and stood there with his class. We couldn't let Collin see us until this part was over just in case he would run towards us or start crying. We were hiding behind the jungle gym. They each had an armband.first pony ride!bean bag toss.waiting to get a tattoo.tat-tat-tatted is collin's classroom.they also have this indoor town there. That is where the ball pit is. you can actually go up to the second story of the buildings, then slide down into the ball pit. Collin's class doesn't play here yet..they are too young... I think they start coming here at 18 months.

Cooling off after one hot afternoon.Collin learned how to jump of the ledge. This kid has no fear whatsoever. Our new camera takes HD video...but apparently I have yet to learn how to record a video. I thought I was recording the whole time but didn't at all. So a video of him next time jumping off the ledge.

Here's a video of today.

Looks like so much fun! I'm so jealous Peyton's daycare didn't have a 4th of July celebration. Collin's daycare looks so fun too!
