At Sydney's 4th birthday party. It was at a skating rink but the little ones could bring their ATVs or wagons and ride in the rink. Collin had a blast! Oh..and a recap of the race daddy won. 3 laps. 1st lap with both skates, 2nd lap with 1 skate, and 3rd lap with no skates.
