Collin's new "feat"

as we were weaving our way through the crowds at the Plano balloon festival, Collin was laid back and chillin. When i looked down to check on him, i found his leg propped up on the stroller tray. He is learning different ways to get comfy . By the end of the day, both legs were propped up. and yes... that is ketchup and mustard in the cup holders for our corndogs.
